Meditation Pose

It's basically like criss-cross applesauce, but different. Get in the Criss-cross applesauce position. Take your right leg and instead of it being under your left calf, Put it on top of your left leg.Now, for the fingers. Take your index fingers and have them touch your thumb. Then, Chant:Om,Om,Om,etc.,etc.

  1. You can also sit in "simple sitting"...basically criss cross applesauce but you have one heel in front of the other ankle. Hard to explain. ha! Om....Stewie
